Discover Human Intelligence™
Human Intelligence is the ability to understand yourself, understand others, and intentionally choose how you respond. It is the process of learning how emotions, thoughts, patterns, communication, relationships, and behavior influence the way we experience everyday life.
Grounded in neuroscience-informed education, practical tools, and data-driven insights, Human Intelligence helps students and individuals strengthen Emotional Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, Human Skills, and Intentional Action so they can communicate more effectively, build healthier relationships, make thoughtful decisions, navigate challenges, and move through life with greater confidence and purpose.
The Skills School Never Taught Us
At Discover Human Intelligence™, our mission is to equip the next generation with the human skills life requires but traditional education does not always teach. Through the Human Intelligence Framework™, practical tools, neuroscience-informed education, and data-driven insights, we help students and young adults strengthen Emotional Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, Human Skills, and Intentional Action.
Our goal is to help them better understand themselves, communicate effectively, build healthy relationships, make thoughtful decisions, lead with confidence, and develop skills they can carry into adulthood, careers, relationships, and everyday life.

The Framework
The Human Intelligence Framework™ is a practical roadmap for developing the skills that shape how we understand ourselves, manage our responses, connect with others, and make intentional choices.
The framework is built around four foundational pillars: Emotional Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, Human Skills, and Intentional Action.
Emotional Awareness helps individuals recognize and understand their emotions, patterns, and triggers. Emotional Intelligence builds the ability to regulate emotions and respond effectively. Human Skills strengthen communication, empathy, boundaries, relationships, leadership, and connection. Intentional Action turns awareness into thoughtful choices, aligned behavior, and meaningful real-life change.
Together, the four pillars give students a practical way to move from awareness to action—building skills they can apply in school, relationships, future careers, leadership, and everyday life.
